• Conference Room A is a large conference/training room able to accommodate up to 100 people.

• Conference Room B can be used for smaller groups up to 48 people or as a breakout room

• Well-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, supplied kitchen items, coffee brewers, and a microwave.

• On-site catering available via Sapphire Catering at tenant’s cost
